3D Virtual Tours
Welcome to the always-open house. Our immersive 3D tours transport people into properties and let them explore like never before. Get started with cutting edge real estate marketing that wins listings.
A Kre8tiv Space 3D virtual Tour allows the viewer to explore the space from up to 200 locations, seamlessly!! We use an expensive, specialized, high tech 3D camera system consisting of cameras and spatial scanning sensors that, in addition to capturing the space in beautiful, high resolution images, it scans and generates a polygonal mesh.
This mesh is used to create a dynamic, 3D model that can be explored online AND in a virtual reality headset such as an Oculus Rift or Samsung Gear!!
Mattertag Posts let you provide information about features in your Spaces by anchoring text descriptions to specific physical locations. This turns your Spaces into a powerful tool for communicating with property buyers, prospective lessees, or global audiences.

FAQ
Although techniques vary, most traditional tours don’t allow the viewer to move around within the space. At the very most, traditional tours offer 10 individual locations to view the space. Traditional photographers use DSLR cameras to capture multiple photos that are then stitched together to form a panorama which is viewed using special online plugins.
When we use our 3D camera, it allows the viewer to explore the space in up to 200 locations that are seamlessly stitched together. They can look up, look down, turn around, walk around items (such as a kitchen island) and see the space from multiple angles of their choosing. We can create a completely virtual walk through to allow the viewer to better conceptualize the space.
The doors to all rooms to be scanned must be open when we begin. Garages are typically not scanned unless requested in advance. Generally we include all walkable spaces. Should there be an area that you do not want scanned, you can choose not include it. However, this will mean the layout and floor plan views are not truly representative of the property. In most cases a sensitive space can still be scanned to improve the floor plan but can be excluded from the tour & public view by simply hiding the scanned area (closing a door)
Whatever is in the space at the time of the shoot is what it will look like in the final product. Please note we do our best to avoid the camera showing up in mirrors or as a reflection in glass windows, however it’s not always possible to avoid it in tight spaces or wall-to-wall mirrors.
